THE BEST SALMON WE’VE EVER EATEN! My husband doesn’t like anything “fishy” and said he didn’t know if he could eat this. Well I cooked with just a little olive oil, salt and pepper. . . got a nice crust on both sides, then squeezed fresh lemon on the salmon before serving. It was amazing!! The flavor is like nothing I’ve tasted before because this is the first time I’ve ever had fresh salmon. . . it was so rich, buttery, delicious. . . the outside of the box was marked “Fresh Chinook Salmon” and the excellent packaging kept it cold. If you try this I don’t think you will be disappointed..

I ordered a variety of lobster tails and assorted shellfish over the holidays to make a gift basket for my parents and am extremely happy with the service and quality of product. I wish I could say everything went smoothly but it didn’t and Anderson was not at fault. fosenkalldyr packed my order and shipped it out next day air and UPS dropped the ball and failed to deliver the following day, so instead delivered 3 days later (Monday). When I received the package I called fosenkalldyr and they repacked my order and got it out that day. Great customer service great product, will definitely order from them again.
